Trustable quality product and promt service.
I purchased 24feet pole. Overall it is strong built and good look. It is a little bit heavy, but can be managed. But it has three major drawbacks
1) Three wing nut and bolts are supplied to lock at the maximum positions of each three segments. These nuts have to keep separately and there is big chance to miss these. There should have some arrangements to keep these nut and bolts always with the pole itself so that missing can be avoided.
2) Each of the three segments can be locked at the maximum positions by using the supplied nut and bolts. Hence maximum pulling force can be applied at the maximum heights. The segments can’t be locked at minimum or intermediate heights. At these positions, whatever tightening we may have done at the joints, when we apply moderate or maximum force, the upper segments come out and the pole becomes useless.
3) Tightening and loosening of the PVC holders at each joints of the segments by hand are very difficult and hammer has to be used, which in turn may cause to break the PVC parts.
We are spending around Rs. 3.5K, hence these are major drawbacks. We are expecting a complete product without such major drawbacks.”Excellent quality telescopic pole with great attachments —super useful and absolutely worth the money! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
